1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and RDM Cross Nation Lines LLC ("RDM Cross Nation," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1932 Evangeline Dr, Miamisburg, OH 45342, United States. By accessing or using the website www.rdmcross.shop (the "Site") or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

RDM Cross Nation Lines LLC provides transport-infrastructure and logistics services — including freight forwarding; customs brokerage; shipping and marine shipping agency services; airport and airfield operation and maintenance; runway maintenance; baggage, cargo, and ground handling; hangar and aircraft parking; aircraft maintenance, inspection, testing, ferrying, and fueling; air traffic control support (non-military); passenger screening; rail switching, terminal operation, car services, and right-of-way maintenance; and marine, harbor, port, canal, and waterfront operations including stevedoring, vessel assist, and salvage. The Site is informational: it describes our capabilities and provides a means to contact us. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, rate quote, or service agreement — engagements are formed only by separately executed written contracts.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RDM CROSS NATION LINES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RDM Cross Nation Lines LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting us at s.liu@rdmcross.shop for at least thirty (30) days.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is posted on this page with its effective date; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
• Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
